National Fisheries Authority Notice of Appeals Process

Would you like to file a formal appeal against a decision of the National Fisheries Authority? If yes, please follow the process outlined below and submit the attached Notice of Appeals form.

In order to appeal;

1. Complete the Notice of Appeal Form and attach all relevant documents.
2. Send this appeal to nfaappeal@moa.gov.jm
3. Prepare a hard copy of said appeal and address it in a sealed envelope marked ‘Confidential’ to: The Chairman of the Appeals Tribunal, C/O National Fisheries Authority, 2C Newport East, Kingston
4. Prepare a hard copy of said appeal, sealed and marked ‘Confidential’ and address it to the “CEO of the NFA, 2C Newport East, Kingston" to facilitate our response to the Tribunal.
