State Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Franklin Witter, launched ‘The Many Moods of Tilapia Cooking Competition’ on Monday, August 19 at Twickenham Park in St. Catherine.
All Jamaicans are invited to participate in this competition, which is organized by the National Fisheries Authority (NFA). The competition is aimed at showcasing the versatility of tilapia and encouraging increased consumption of tilapia. Deadline for entries is October 19, 2022. Click here to listen more.
