Meeting with Farmers of Westmoreland

Minister of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, Hon. Karl Samuda along with CEO, Pan Caribbean Sugar Company, Liu Chaoya during a meeting with farmers of Westmoreland to discuss the illicit burning of sugar cane.
